We provide the marketing expertise and allow you to focus on your consulting skills. We use a wide range of skill sets on our projects within all industry sectors. Projects may require a solo practitioner or teams of consultants with varying roles. Dashe & Thomson has these ongoing needs:

Instructional Designers—ERP

We currently seek experienced, motivated, and versatile Project Managers and Instructional Designers/Training Developers. Responsibilities will include design, development, and delivery of customized training materials for ERP systems. Prefer experience in developing role-based, process-focused training materials and scenarios.
• Five to ten years experience in developing training materials.
• Past experience with large-scale software implementations.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, People Soft, or JD Edwards

E-Learning/Web-based Training Developers

We currently seek experienced, motivated, and versatile web-based training developers / programmers.
• Experienced in developing e-learning/web-based training for large-scale software implementations.
• Highly experienced in working with either -Captivate and PhotoShop or Dreamweaver, Flash, and PhotoShop
• Ability to function at a high level, taking responsibility for management of the entire e-learning/web-based training component of the project.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Instructional Designers—PLM/PDM

We currently seek experienced, motivated, and versatile Project Managers and Instructional Designers/Training Developers to work with us in our growing Enovia/MatrixOne PLM Practice. Responsibilities will include design, development, and delivery of customized training materials to customers who are implementing MatrixOne software. Some travel is required. Experienced in developing role-based, process-focused training materials and scenarios.
• Five to ten years experience in developing training materials for or working in engineering, document control, configuration control, R & D, or a related field.
• Past experience with large-scale software implementations, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledgeable about product development and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with Windchill, UGS, or eMatrix desirable.
• Proven experience in delivering stand-up training is desirable but not necessary.

Technical Writer—Financial

We currently seek experienced, motivated, and versatile Technical Writers with:
• Five to ten years experience developing concise, user-oriented documentation including: quick help reference cards, user manuals, and online help.
• Past experience in the financial industry, including the insurance and brokerage industries.
• Knowledge of industry standard practices.
• Ability to coordinate and take responsibility for the management of all of the documentation deliverables of the project.
• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines

Functional Consultants—PeopleSoft

We currently seek experienced, motivated, and versatile functional consultants with experience in developing and delivering training or coaching for any of the following PeopleSoft applications:
• HRMS
• Financials
• Security
• PeopleTools
• Campus Solutions
Requirements are:
• Five to ten years experience in developing and delivering training.
• In-depth knowledge of any of the PeopleSoft applications listed above.
• In-depth experience with UPK required for some projects.
• Ability to travel.

Wordpress Developer

We currently seek an experienced, motivated, reliable, and versatile Wordpress developer for contract work in the Twin Cities. Desired skills as follows:
• Several years of experience developing websites using Wordpress;
• Experieince in using Wordpress as a learning portal;
• Experience with SCORM Cloud or similar SCORM-related tool;
• Experience working as an Instructional Designer, or knowledge of the tenets of Instructional Design;
• Knowledge of Electronic Performance Support Systems (EPSS) or online help systems.

Our work is contract-based, often with Fortune 500 companies, and is subject to strict-standards of quality and timeliness. Most work will be off-site, but you may be expected to meet with clients and/or participate in occasional teleconferences. Trainers—PLM/PDM

We currently seek an experienced, motivated, and versatile Trainer to deliver customized training for our growing Enovia/MatrixOne PLM Practice. Training will be delivered nationally either at our Midwest Training Center or at national client sites. Requirements include:
• Five years experience delivering training for large software implementations.
• Knowledgeable about product development and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in delivering role-based, process-focused training materials desirable.
• Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment desirable.

Technical Writer—Medical

We currently seek experienced, motivated, and versatile Technical Writers with:
• Five to ten years experience developing user-oriented documentation.
• Past experience in the medical device industry.
• Ability to work in a highly regulated environment.
• Ability to interact with SMEs to get the desired information.
• Ability to function at a high level, taking responsibility for the management of all of the documentation deliverables of the project.

Functional Consultants—Oracle

We currently seek experienced, motivated, and versatile functional consultants with experience in developing and delivering training or coaching for any of the following:
• iProcurement
• Fixed Assets
• Service
• Supply Chain Planning
• iLearning (OiL)
• Enterprise Manager
• Discoverer
• Oracle Tutor
Requirements are:
• Six to ten years experience in working with Oracle applications.
• Six to ten years experience in developing and delivering training.
• In-depth knowledge of any of the Oracle applications listed above.
• In-depth experience with Oracle Tutor required for some projects.
• Ability to travel.
