Learning Objectives that Improve Business Outcomes

We help our clients identify the business outcomes or behavior changes they want to achieve and we design training to ensure those goals are realized. As a trusted instructional design company, we do not design training for training’s sake.

Instructional design process and approach:

  • Your specific business objectives and performance targets are identified.
  • We create learning objectives and key performance indicators that tie to those business goals so we know what’s working and what’s not.
  • You receive actionable training and learning activities to meet those objectives and targets. Our job is to make sure your audience knows what they need to do, not what they need to know.  We do not believe in information dump.
  • When possible, we use a blended learning model, described in more detail below.
  • We have been doing this for over 30 years and most of our instructional design consultants have, too. Our clients come to us for our expertise, so we give them experts.
  • Practice—it does indeed make perfect. We’ll create the perfect learning environment to boost employee performance for when it really counts.

Blended Learning Model

While each program is unique, we typically use a blended learning model as a starting point. Blended learning leverages a variety of modalities, including web-based training, instructor-led training, and performance support solutions to achieve your business goals.
