Instructor-led training facilitates real-time interaction, in-depth information sharing and direct response to questions. Dashe & Thomson develops instructor-led training that engages the learners by bringing multimedia into the classroom for use in demonstrations, games, and scenarios.

We bridge classroom and work experience with simulations that go beyond role play and scenarios to create realistic work environments with fully-developed, complex challenges. We use tools, wizards, reference materials, and other job aids that improve knowledge transfer and maximize on-the-job productivity.
