    • For a healthcare organization, trained hospital staff in Washington, D.C., on Cerner, an electronic medical records (EMR) software application. Trained staff on Cerner PowerChart, PowerNotes, and PowerForms. Trained non-clinical staff on Medical Records Publishing (MRP) and analysts on Medical Record Tracking and deficiency analysis (HIM).

    • For an investment services company, developed storyboards for the operational workflows for e-learning.

    • For a state university, developed training materials for staff on Institutional Investment and Foundation modules of PeopleSoft ERP application.

    • For a health systems company, liaised between NHS Training Managers and Cerner Corporation on the UK National Health Systems (NHS) project, Southern Cluster. Monitored and facilitated issues and concerns between trainers and NHS end users.

    • For a hospitals and clinics network, delivered software application training on Cerner, an electronic medical records (EMR) system to RNs and Health Unit Coordinators. Modules included PowerChart, Orders, and Plans of Care with access to laboratory and radiology results. Created PeopleSoft training manuals for Accounting personnel.     • For a telecommunications company, analyzed training methodology for wireless communication system and web-based software for the transportation industry; recommended revised methodology, and created training plan. Fifteen years experience as an SAP Project Manager / Instructional Designer. Designed and developed curriculum for ERP systems that included business process maps and overviews, classroom and e-learning training materials and quick reference guides, electronic performance support systems, training videos, and workshops, as well as custom templates, toolbars, and tracking systems.

    • For a consumer products retailer, managed the development of a suite of e-learning modules as part of their company-wide SAP implementation. Managed the technical development and reviews of the e-learning suite as well as the integration of uPerform simulations.

    • For a manufacturing company, managed training needs and deliverables for a Business Intelligence upgrade project. Designed and managed the development of system integrated navigational help and report specific help. Designed and developed a project specific Train-the-Trainer program and worked with technical teams to design a SharePoint site for user documentation using views specific to each reporting area.

    • For a PeopleSoft 8.0 Financials rollout for a state university, developed storyboards for e-learning and classroom materials for instructor-led training. Designed and developed on-line assessments and delivered classroom training to financial system users.

    • For an international consumer foods company, led a team of over 20 training developers to the successful completion of one of the largest SAP conversions in the US. Designed and developed process documentation and end-user training materials for SAP R3, SAP APO (DP, SNP, and ICH-RR), PLM, Maximo, SAP Portals, Business Warehouse, WMS, and Share Point. Used SAP CATT tool and Mercury Interactive for training data population.

    • For an SAP training company, served as Acting Project Leader / Senior SAP Consultant for versions 4.0-4.6, full scope for a variety of national and international clients d t(approximately 11,500 end users). Developed course overviews, training modules, and business simulations for classroom and online use. Used Documentum to track version control of training documentation and Quick Test to populate training client. Brought all SD, MM and WM documentation up to project standards.
