    • For a technical company, created an assessment plan and tools for performance-based evaluation of Protection Net training, serving as a model for matching objectives and assessment.

      • Developed training for HR and Finance functions for operations in eight countries. Backup trainer for SMEs in international webinar training exercises.       • As Business Analyst/Team Lead, was responsible for taking part in Joint Transfer Review (JTR) sessions and capturing business processes and system requirements. Trained other business analysts in the JTR and documentation processes.

      • As PMO QA Manager, Documentation Manager, and Business Analyst Team Lead, was responsible for verifying that all teams on the project followed the project QA process for documentation and storage. Responsible for developing and making accessible all materials related to Medicaid claims processing on the project. Developed matrix to document that processes met all federal and client requirements for Medicaid programs.

Over 20 years of experience in technical writing, marketing communications, training design and delivery, and process improvement. Authored operations manuals, procedure manuals, employee handbooks, end-user software manuals, and participant workbooks for technical and soft skills training.     • For a global provider of software solutions, developed role-based instructor-led (ILT) and eLearning courses for core system modules for Lawson software. The training programs focused on the configuration of several different applications.

      • Prepared and presented a short course on instructional design to the training department. Resulted in the participants being able to use the techniques present to create lesson plans.
