For an insurance company, led the development team that created eLearning and classroom modules for an IT process transformation project based on CMMI. Project included building registrations and tracking them in the company’s LMS for participants across several locations. For a brokerage firm, was the project manager for a group of over 20 contract instructional designers, simulation developers, and procedure writers. The team supported a $250M software conversion effort for multiple business lines, including retail brokers, correspondent services, municipal markets, capital markets, and internal operations.
