    • For an insurance company, led the development team that created eLearning and classroom modules for an IT process transformation project based on CMMI. Project included building registrations and tracking them in the company’s LMS for participants across several locations. Developed a standard course structure and design standards for the modules, based on a phased approach to delivering content. Introduced concepts and processes, supported pilot teams, and provided advanced training to key practitioners to promote widespread adoption.

    • For a brokerage firm, was the project manager for a group of over 20 contract instructional designers, simulation developers, and procedure writers. The team supported a $250M software conversion effort for multiple business lines, including retail brokers, correspondent services, municipal markets, capital markets, and internal operations. Directed the day-to-day activities of the sub-team that delivered 50 plus software simulations and web-based tutorials for classroom and remote training. Developed user requirements, selected and managed vendors, controlled development methods, coordinated testing and user acceptance, and worked with IS and LMS personnel for final remote delivery.

    • For a medical device company, was the team lead for a group that supported the Product Commercialization Process for medical devices, including laser imagers and computed radiography devices.
