Project Manager

Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; and implementing change.


Business Analyst

Solves organizational information problems and requirements by analyzing requirements, designing computer programs, and recommending system controls and protocols. Determines operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats.


Software Programmer/Developer

Primarily responsible for hands-on software development, including software code and database development as well as working with the development and business analysis teams to design the structure of the software being developed, including documentation of this design. Developers are familiar with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Model.


Database Administration

The Database Administrator is responsible for all activities related to the administration of databases including design, control, maintenance and support of production environment and applications.


Systems Analysis

The Systems Analyst will analyze, design, and help lead the cross system implementation of business application requirements. The analyst will work closely with a team comprised of other System Analysts, internal Business Analysts, and Quality Analysts.


Network Administration and Engineering

The Network Administrator’s role is to ensure the stable operation of the LAN and WAN. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware, software, and communication links.


Quality Assurance Tester

QA Testers coordinate changes with developers, technical writers, and end users and, in turn, implement software testing methodologies. They perform unit, integration, and/or regression testing. Manual and Automated Testers are available.


Web and User Interface Design

Web and User Interface Designers analyze, develop, and implement system modifications. Uses advanced knowledge of web technologies and multimedia applications. Evaluates systems specifications for web site requirements and determines and implements the most efficient and cost-effective software/package solution.


Help Desk and Computer Technician

The Help Desk Support Analysts provide support to end users on a variety of issues. They identify, research, and resolve technical problems. Provide customer service by responding to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support.
