DasheTrack Methodology

Organizations spend millions on major change initiatives like implementing new technology, or integrating newly acquired businesses. Too often, the investment does not return the expected benefits because users are not prepared for the change.

Dashe & Thomson’s User Acceptance Methodology prepares our clients to meet the challenge of change. Our assessment tools identify strengths and weaknesses and prescribe concrete plans and recommendations. We reduce risk and increase user acceptance.

This is what we do:

Methodology Phases

1

Assess

Dashe & Thomson uses survey tools and targeted interviews to gain a clear understanding of your project goals, strengths, and areas of risk.

2

Benchmark and Diagnose

We take the information we’ve gathered and compare your results to other similar organizations and initiatives. Then we provide you with a clear snapshot of your risks to mitigate as well as areas of strength to leverage.

3

Plan

We provide you with a detailed plan – a series of tactics designed to build on the strengths and to reduce risk. This plan includes an overall change management plan, a communication matrix, and an initial instructional design and training plan.
