For an apparel manufacturer, designed and developed an electronic performance support system (EPSS) for a product lifecycle management (PLM) system (Enovia/MatrixOne) to support training and provide end user reference, using RoboHelp 7.0.
For a change management consulting company, developed eLearning lessons and quizzes for a project time and expense software application, using Adobe Captivate 3.0.
For a software company, edited training material created by multiple training developers in the United States and Europe for a Lawson ERP system. Developed training workbooks using Lawson standards and templates and provided consulting on materials development and template/standard usage for offshore training developers.
For a high tech company, designed and developed an EPSS for a PLM system (Enovia/ MatrixOne) using Robohelp 7.0.
For an institution of higher learning, gathered, edited, wrote, formatted, researched and organized policies and procedures in conjunction with implementation of the SunGaard SCT Banner system. Coached staff in writing policies and procedures.
For a healthcare organization, developed and designed and edited online help for customized electronic health/medical record (EHR/EMR) applications EpicCare Ambulatory and Hospital, EpicRx, Cadence, Prelude and Resolutefor end users. Edited biweekly electronic newsletter to Hospital physicians and Ambulatory users of HER/EMR. Developed work protocols for updating online Help. Used RoboHelp as a single-source to produce printed manuals for various audiences.
For a learning system company, designed, drafted and edited an 80 plus page user guide and job aids for a Saba Learning Management System (LMS) Offering Administrator role. Collaborated with project teams and other subject matter experts to establish content and tested usability of documentation.
For a hospitals and clinics network, designed, drafted and edited curriculum, user reference guides, and job aids for Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR; Prelude) Registration and (Cadence) Scheduling l and delivered classroom training. Translated technical information into straightforward instructions for trainers and end users of a Clinic Registration application. Built interactive application simulations using RoboDemo.
For a hospitals and clinics network, developed and implemented software user training for PeopleSoft Query and Occupational Health Manager and delivered classroom training on PeopleSoft Query. Provided consultation for data tracking in Occupational Health Manager (OHM) database; supported HR clients in ad hoc query writing in PeopleSoft application. Specified and developed ad hoc reports using ODBC, MS Word, Excel, Access and Crystal Reporting Tool. For a pharmaceutical company, was training and communications consultant for implementation of a new electronic document management system, Documentum. Helped to define organizational workflow, job roles and responsibilities within the new system. Developed training and reference materials for new SOPs and software application. Developed communications regarding the features and benefits of the new system in order to encourage users to participate in training and implementation.
For a finance group that provides accounting, planning, and reporting, provided content for Sharepoint-based intranet site, newsletters, and quarterly employee meetings.
For major retailer’s enterprise-wide SEI/CMM initiative, was communications consultant. Worked with project managers and IT employees to create and update process documentation and templates. Planned and executed electronic and print communications, intranet content, and special events to promote awareness of, buy-in and ownership for the initiative among Senior Management, Project Managers, and Developers. Developed half-day overview of SEI/CMM Key Process Areas. Delivered the training to more than 700 IT project team members and IT business clients in 40 plus sessions.

Captured discussion and map processes during all-day sessions with subject matter experts (SMEs) and verified accuracy of documentation.
