• Five to ten years experience developing concise, user-oriented documentation including: quick help reference cards, user manuals, and on-line help.
• Past experience in the financial industry, including the insurance and brokerage industries.
• Knowledge of industry standard practices.
• Ability to coordinate and take responsibility for the management of all of the documentation deliverables of the project.
