We currently seek experienced, motivated, and versatile Project Managers and Instructional Designers/Training Developers to work with us in our growing MatrixOne/PLM Practice.  Responsibilities will include design, development, and delivery of customized training materials to customers who are implementing MatrixOne software. Some travel is required. Experienced in developing role-based, process-focused training materials and scenarios.

• Five- to ten-years experience in working in or developing training materials for engineering, document control, configuration control, R & D, or a related field.
• Past experience with large-scale software implementations, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledgeable about product development and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with Windchill, UGS, or eMatrix desirable.
• Proven experience in delivering stand-up training is desirable but not necessary.
